With more than 25 years of experience in education and a Master's in Education, William leverages his advanced interpersonal and analytical skills to support real estate clients and professionals. Being fluent in Italian and Spanish, William delivers personalized services to a diverse, international clientele, ensuring smooth communication and an outstanding real estate experience. His proficiency in Spanish has facilitated his close work with real estate development in several countries, particularly Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama.

William Fedele and John Ursini first met while working together on a Bachelor of Education program in 1996 and later co-managed educational instruction in a classroom in 1997. 

One of William's most significant accomplishments includes the successful pre-sale and subsequent closing of 23 units in one day within a single condominium development in downtown Toronto.
