John Ursini holds a Specialized Honours in Public Policy & Administration and a Bachelor of Education from York University in 1996. He has previous work experience in both the airline industry and the field of education. He began his real estate career with a significant start, selling 100 acres of land in Kleinburg, Ontario, as only his second deal ever in 2006. The best of his career was still on the horizon.

Continuing a family legacy of over 67 years in real estate development and sales in the Greater Toronto Area, John has a sharp eye for regions with significant growth potential in both rural and urban settings. His expertise lies in land assembly, land development, and investment sales within the commercial and industrial sectors. His clientele includes multi-national corporations, real estate investment trusts, private equity firms, and local builders.

John's international experience spans successful property transactions in Canada, India, China, Germany, and the United States, among others, with a focus on logistics-related assets.

One of his standout deals was a record-setting $110,000,000 sale of a 30-acre parcel of industrial land in Vaughan, where he represented the seller in an off-market deal. Additionally, he facilitated the launch of an Italian clothing line into the Canadian market for 2025 and beyond.

He has a profound understanding of local municipal policies related to infill, re-intensification, and long-term planning goals.

John has a background as a certified secondary school teacher, with a focus on Junior and Intermediate levels. He takes pride in having taught, inspired, and motivated students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
