Daniel Iannitto began his real estate career following his graduation from the Real Estate Certificate Program at Ryerson Polytechnic University in the fall of 1988. Concurrent with his venture into real estate sales, he served for seven years as a property manager and appraiser for a distinguished private family, managing a vast portfolio of properties throughout Toronto during the 1990s.

He has built a real estate sales career over several decades, working with respected brokerages like Hectare GMAC and Marcus & Millichap, and most recently running his own brokerage firm. Daniel specializes in multi-unit investments, industrial properties, investment sales, and land transactions within the Greater Toronto Area, including Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, and Burlington.

Daniel has consistently guided local, regional, and national clients through commercial real estate acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, lease obligations and renewals, asset repositioning, and dispositions.

Drawing on his professional background in property appraisals, Daniel provides clients with insights into current and future market trends. He is recognized for his ability to comprehend client needs and devise real estate strategies that yield both immediate and long-term results.

With a wealth of transaction experience, Daniel offers effective deal structuring and negotiation skills that are in sync with his clients' real estate objectives. His ability to uncover unique off-market opportunities through his extensive network of both new and established principals gives his clients a significant edge.

Among Daniel's significant achievements is the sale of a development parcel in Milton, Ontario, and the subsequent leasing of a 456,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center with the same buyer and landlord.
